Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you, and we count taps on our phone number and email address as a number only.
How we use your information
We use the details you give us solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange surveys or consultations, and prepare quotations. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
Who processes it
- Formspree (formspree.io) handles enquiry form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) counts visits to the site and keeps a copy of each enquiry on our own secure system so that none is missed.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, after which they are deleted from our systems. The copy on our own system is deleted automatically after 90 days. Our form provider (Formspree) and our email provider retain copies according to their own retention policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email tandddecorators@gmail.com and we'll respond promptly.
